We have built many great relationships

Cwm Taf People First is a Self-Advocacy group for people with learning disabilities. I supported them with developing their business plan, helping them design their outcomes, monitoring and evaluation frameworks and helping with fundraising. Comments from their members and staff include: Rebecca  "Rosie listened to us and explained everything in ways that we could understand" Darren:  "Good listener and good with people" Lynne: "Lots of patience and explained everything to us, and good listening skills" Pauline:  “Really good and took time to listen to our members and made them feel important, really nice lady" "Thank you Rosie your support has been invaluable we learnt a lot from you in how we present our information.  Since your help with our funding applications we have been able to secure a lot of funding and professionals are now seeing us with Experts with Lived Experiences"

Peak is an arts organisation that works creatively with professional artists and rural communities, responding to our unique location in the Welsh Black Mountains  www.peak.cymru. Our success in supporting positive change for individuals and communities, especially disadvantaged young people living rurally, has been built upon the foundational work that we did with Rosie Cribb and the funding she helped to secure.  Rosie helped us with all aspects of fundraising for our arts and health programme, including identifying potential funding sources, bid writing, scoping surveys and data collection helping us build a convincing evidence base and prepare persuasive case studies.  We've learned so much from working with her and she remains a valued colleague and collaborator.

'Working with Rosie was a joy, she was quick to comprehend what our organisation is about and what we wanted to achieve going forward.  Rosie gave us the help and confidence to pursue and achieve funding in an increasingly competitive environment. Her support was intuitive and helped us gain a real co-production approach to designing a fundable project with our service users'

Us Unltd are a burgeoning social enterprise working in Flintshire. Led by young people, who’ve experienced homelessness and exclusion, and run for the benefit of other young people with similar issues. We have recently submitted our application for Lottery Funding and in order to develop the bid and our business plan we employed Rosie on a consultancy basis to assist and support us. She worked tirelessly over the period with enthusiasm, intelligence and had a real ‘feel’ for what we needed. She was always prepared to listen, responded to points and concerns, worked with empathy alongside our young people and successfully produced a document we are all very proud of. We would not hesitate to work with Rosie again!

Home-Start Blaenau Gwent received support from Rosie Cribb back a few months ago to help us with our funding applications. As we are a small charity and are working flat out supporting families it was hard to have the capacity to submit additional funding applications.I met up with Rosie and we went through the background of our service, our future outputs and outcomes and the areas of funding we required.I sent Rosie some information from time to time and we communicated via e-mail.It was really helpful to have the pressure taken off and know that funding applications were being submitted whilst we could concentrate on delivering the service. In my experience Rosie was approachable, friendly and very professional. As a result of Rosie’s support we were successful in being awarded a grant of £10’000 which has benefitted us tremendously. If you are struggling with having the capacity to fill out funding applications I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosie to support you.

We have worked with Rosie for the last year, and she has been very successful in assisting us to obtain further funds to continue supporting vulnerable people of the Vale of Glamorgan to be empowered, have a voice and a choice.

We have worked with Rosie for some time now after she was recommended to us by a colleague. She quickly managed to secure funding for two key posts within our organisation, and we have now outsourced our fundraising to Rosie on an ongoing basis, choosing the ‘Silver’ Funding Buddy package. Rosie works extremely hard and has a lot of integrity and knowledge of the sector. She always responds to our business needs in a calm and effective manner and always delivers on time. She is highly conscientious in her work and runs with everything we give her, working independently and without fuss. I can highly recommend her outsourced fundraising packages which are excellent value for money.
